RealPass-S is a compact e-passport reader for one step reading of OCR characters and RF chip data of ICAO Document 9303 compliant travel documents and cards. Unlike swipe-type passport readers, its lay-on document scanning decreases error rate of OCR characters, increases recognition speed, and ensures one-step reading of e-passports. Compact design makes RealPass-S suitable for narrow space. RealPass-S is the ideal solution for treating machine readable documents and cards in many applications including airline check-in counter, immigration clearance, border control, and CUSS & kiosk.
